What I collect

When you sign up to receive my letters, I collect:

• Your first name (so I know how to address you)
• Your email address (so I can write to you)
• Whether you included additional text or symbols in your signup (this helps me personalize your experience)
• When and where you signed up from (this helps me understand how people find me)

How I use your information

I use your information to:

• Send a confirmation email to verify you own the address and consent to joining the list
• Send you occasional letters and updates
• Understand my readers better
• Make sure my letters reach the right people

Who I share it with

I don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is stored securely and only used to communicate with you.

Service providers

I use trusted services to operate this site. Specifically, Supabase for data storage and authentication services, and Resend for sending letters. These partners only process your data as necessary to help me communicate with you.

Your rights

You can:

• Stop receiving letters at any time by replying to any email or using the unsubscribe link
• Ask me what information I have about you
• Request that I delete your information, which will remove you from my mailing list and delete your user account from my authentication provider

Data security

Your information is stored using industry-standard security measures. I take protecting your privacy seriously.
